Enterprise Financial Risk Management:
This (54 hours) program is considered a decision support system, which enhances the organizations to understand the risk and guarantee the accomplishment of their goals. The participants of this course will learn the frameworks for recognizing, measuring and managing financial risks of the enterprise and the appropriate integration of risk with corporate strategy. The course will introduce multiple risk management methods to make high quality decisions for balancing the risk of the organization and reward tradeoffs.
